Join us for a 60 Minute Outdoor Yin Yoga class. This is a weather-permitting event.

€10 Payment will be taken on the day. 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than muscles. Unlike more active Yang styles of Yoga, Yin is centred on finding stillness and holding passive poses for 4-7 minutes. Yin Yoga is rooted in feeling within your body, rather than how a pose appears. You can opt in or out of the teacher's adjustments and instructions, listen to your body and take breaks as needed. 

What you will need: Water, a yoga mat, and a Blanket. As the Yoga Class is outdoors, you should wear cosy & comfortable clothing.
