By booking a space at the Sauna, Ice Baths or Yoga classes, you are confirming your confidence of health to take part in chosen activities. We recommend gaining the advice of your health care professional to address any concerns before booking with us. Savasana is a safe space for everyone, no disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated towards guests or employees, such occurrence will result in being asked to leave with no refund of purchases. Patrons are guided to not enter the river as this poses risk to our wildlife. There are designated photography/selfie areas, outside of these we ask you to respect the privacy of our special space and guests by not taking any photos.
