Refund policy

You can cancel your booking for a refund 48 hours ahead of the assigned time, or you can reschedule up to 12 hours ahead of the assigned time. We are happy to accommodate changes while allowing ourselves reasonable time to fill the spaces that you are rescheduling/cancelling.
