How to get here?

We are located at the Blackwater Bridge on L6824 Meenlagh, Carnaross, Kells, Co. Meath, about 400 meters from Carnaross Village.

Free parking is available on site.

Public transport by Bus is available to Carnaross Village, and we are approximately a 5-minute walk from there.

What to bring?

Swimwear, Slides/Flipflops

Water

2 Towels- 1 for sitting on and 1 for personal use

Comfy clothes for after your session

What to Know?

On-site parking is available.

Sauna Sessions last 45 minutes.

Male and Female Changing Rooms are available.

There is an unlocked space to place your belongings during your session, we recommend leaving valuables at home.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session if you need to change beforehand.

You absorb heat differently depending on your current hydration and energy levels. The optimal benefit of using the sauna and cold plunge comes from listening to your body in the moment and taking breaks as needed.

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to accommodate cancellations for a full refund up to 48 hours before your booking.

You can reschedule up to 12 hours in advance.

Unfortunately, after this, it becomes difficult for us to fill that booking time, and we can not make changes.
